L’artiste français Fabien Lerat a visité Taïwan quand il était étudiant. Depuis, Taïwan lui manquait. Il y est retourné plusieurs fois. Cette année, il est de retour et nous propose une oeuvre intitulée 90 °_45°_MOBILE . Cela traduit ses observations sur le pays.
